'all that you think is rain is not.
behind the veil angels sometimes weep.'
~ rumi
like the rain that falls to a parched ground, nourishing the earth and bringing forth life, so too are tears... soaking into a heart that finds itself numb or disengaged, tears of joy and sorrow can bring one back to the fullness of their experience...
Those are GORGEOUS!! Love the mix of metals, and the subdued palette they make together. Love your simple little dangles!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful earrings. Rumi is quite inspiring.
ReplyDeletetears prove that we are human, touched by the vagaries of life. to feel. to care deeply and passionately.

Love the earrings
ReplyDeletedon't like to think about tear unless they are tears of passion.
Tears of pain do not heal me, but bring more pain. I prefer to lock away the reason that caused them. Erase it from my soul and never grace it with a tear. Eventually it rises for me to analyze ~ resolve ~ set it free ~ take a step up the stairway to inner zen.
But I love your earrings.
these are beautiful earrings..i love the little paddles with the bead fringe.
ReplyDeletetears are a recognition of our humanity
