Great earrings. I love the patina. I think it says something that you are putting more color in your work. I especially love that the pair is not a pair! xx, Carol
there is a great chi gong exercise entitled " clearing the space". These earrings really capture the concept. we cannot hang onto everything old whilst reaching for the new. Beautiful as usual xx
i love this. i have never been able to make a harmonious pair of earrings that is mismatched. you have achieved that here. i love the soft colors and the elegant leafy shape. i would wear these in a heartbeat.
p.s. i am sitting here with a copy of the book and i am dazzled by all the goodies within, especially your creations, miss mary jane!
Like a rain chain with droplets of water cascading down-- the void seems to be waiting for something to fill it or maybe it's just been emptied and is complete. So many ways to interpret it and to contemplate it. The droplet at the top is waiting to fall?..... and we wait with it. Heavenly.

ReplyDeleteMJ-great design that makes such a powerful statement. Both the inside-outside and and the asymetrical forms as metaphors for life. Go well. B
