LLLOOOVVVEEEE! Those are gorgeous!
I love that shape, and the stones and rivet-like elements you've applied to it. Feels very ancient! The cording on there for some reason makes me think of a sextant, these seem like coded directions to somewhere...
You are definitely centered in the flow right now - love what is being created by your mind and your hands...
Really stunning and is that waxed linen cord? If it is...great application!
MJ - it is really good to see this overall design resurfacing - such a lovely balance between strength and he cord is a subtle element that again for met adds a softening touch. And beautifully photographed. Thanks for sharing. B
ooooh, I really like the addition of the thread; soft and hard together; light and serious...lovely, lovely!

beautifully designed and quite architectonic!

these are simply gorgeous..also, thanks for sharing the words of wisdom
These remind me of a renaissance drawing by maybe, Leonardo, with the organic quality of the pendant shape playing against the loose diagonals of the fiber that are like pen lines. Similar to his drawing of Man in the circle, the earring shape is bisected by lines to show the perfect proportions. Centering, like Chuang Tzu's point in the quote. Heavenly.
LOVE these earrings! The way you conceived of the shapes and the added yarn. Of course the quote is incredible and definitely where I need to be today :)
your thoughts and time are respected - thank you... responses back to you will arrive privately.
